The Bisol family’s historic winery is in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, where they manage 308 acres of vineyards across 35 plots in premier DOCG locations — including their famed 7-acre holding on the Cartizze hill. Bisol works some of the steepest hills in the area by hand using sustainable techniques, and tests new vinification techniques each year to better understand the region’s unique terroir.
