Spirit of Hven Organic Gin is a Swedish island-distilled organic gin from Spirit of Hven Backafallsbyn — located on the island of Hven in the Oeresund strait between Denmark and Sweden, one of the world’s smallest commercial pot still distilleries with mash-to-bottle production on site. The Hven Gin presents a light juniper character, herbal freshness, high citric notes, and a sweet vanilla finish, with a sweet-peppery palate marked by a soft, oily texture and citric notes combined with fresh herbs.

Hven’s long fermentation with multiple yeast strains, and three pot stills with shell-and-tub condensers designed for the right copper surface area and reflux, produces a gin with the same complex, layered character as the Hven vodka and whisky range — distinguished by maritime island terroir and the surrounding Sweden agricultural heritage.
