San Matías Tahona Reposado is a tahona-crafted reposado from Casa San Matías, one of Mexico’s oldest distilleries — slightly golden wheat in color, bright and clean, with a nose of ripe fruit, vanilla, and light buttery minerality, and an intensely sweet, mineral palate with adequate acidity, roundness, and harmony.

Casa San Matías has honored tequila tradition for over 130 years, remaining funded by 100% Mexican capital. The tahona process — milling cooked agave with a traditional stone wheel — yields a mineral-rich agave character carried through the reposado’s oak rest.
