Rémy Martin XO Chinese New Year Limited Edition (2021) is a Fine Champagne Cognac in a special Chinese New Year presentation — a velvety, rich, and lingering blend with a wide spectrum of late-summer fruit, white flowers, juicy plums, candied oranges, hazelnut, and cinnamon.

Rémy Martin uses only grapes from the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus — the chalk-flecked soils at the heart of the Cognac region. Fine Champagne Cognac, blended exclusively from these two crus, is the only such blend protected by the Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée. The Alliance Fine Champagne between growers, distillers, and Rémy Martin dates to 1965.
