Pasquet Cognac Grande Champagne L'Organic 07 is a 2007 vintage Grande Champagne Cognac from the Pasquet family’s 7.5-hectare Éraville estate — certified organic, from the most prestigious of the six Cognac crus, and produced from a property that has been making Cognac since 1730. The vintage-dated approach preserves the distinct character of the 2007 harvest.

Three years younger than the 04 vintage, the 07 sits at an earlier maturation stage of the same Pasquet single-vineyard, organic Grande Champagne tradition. Jean-Luc Pasquet leads the operation, inheriting from uncle Albert along with eaux-de-vie dating back to the late 1800s. The L'Organic line is the certified organic expression of the portfolio.
