Mezan Single Distillery Rum Jamaica 2007 was distilled at Monymusk — a blend from ultramodern multi-column continuous stills and antique double-retort pot stills, marrying column florality with the weight and high-ester character of pot spirit. First aged in Jamaica, then re-aged in Europe in refill bourbon barrels for a light color.
