Lighthouse Gin is a New Zealand gin distilled with Yen Ben lemons — made from pure sugar cane and double distilled in copper pot stills with nine hand-selected botanicals, perfected over five years by master distiller Neil Catherall.

The Yen Ben lemon infusion adds a zesty, citrusy note to a crisp, herbaceous gin with a clean, refined character. Excellent in classic gin cocktails or over ice.
