Fabriquero Sotol is a traditional sotol from Fabriquero — a collection of traditional distillates produced within the Denomination of Origin Sotol, spanning the Mexican states of Coahuila, Chihuahua, and Durango. Made from wild Dasylirion (sotol plant), not agave.

Sotol is distilled from the Dasylirion plant, which grows wild across the high desert of northern Mexico. Fabriquero showcases traditional, small-production sotol from the official DO Sotol region, reflecting the terroir of its desert and mountain habitats.
