Triticale combines the spice character of rye with the soft body of wheat for a uniquely balanced, bread-and-spice-driven whiskey.

Founder Don Poffenroth created Dry Fly Distilling out of a passion for fly-fishing and the Pacific Northwest, building a true farm-to-bottle operation using local ingredients from sustainable Washington farms. Triticale is an unusual whiskey grain, and Dry Fly’s expression highlights its hybrid character.
