Charbay Doubled & Twisted Lot No. 1 Straight Malt & Hop Flavored Whiskey is a craft-distilled American malt whiskey from Charbay Distillery in Napa Valley — uniquely distilled from custom-brewed Bear Republic beers (Single Malt, Pilsner, and Stout) and reviewed by Sante Magazine as “a smooth, flavorful whiskey that can be enjoyed neat, without any after-burn.”

Founded in 1983 on Spring Mountain above St. Helena, California, Charbay Distillery & Winery is owned and managed by Master Distiller Miles Karakasevic and his family. The Karakasevics trace their distilling tradition back to 1751 in the former Yugoslavia, with Marko Karakasevic becoming the family’s 13th-generation Master Distiller in 2009. All Charbay spirits are produced in their Alambic Charentais pot still.
