Ca’ del Bosco Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige Rosé is a Pinot Nero–led rosé Franciacorta — 80% Pinot Nero and 20% Chardonnay — from Erbusco, Lombardy. The rosé color is obtained after a brief maceration of red Pinot Nero grapes: just a few hours to capture the springtime-sunset hue, followed by a delicate Chardonnay blend and slow, patient maturation.
