Ayala Champagne Brut Majeur Rosé

Ayala Champagne Brut Majeur Rosé is a pale pink rosé Brut from the historic house of Ayala — charming, generous, and open on the nose with red berries and vine peaches, with great freshness from a high Chardonnay proportion in the blend and a lengthy, voluptuous finish.

Founded in 1860 by Edmond de Ayala in the village of Aÿ, Ayala was one of the 18 founding members of the Grandes Marques de Champagne syndicate in 1882. Once known as “the sleeping beauty of Champagne,” the house re-ascended after being purchased by the Bollinger group in 2005. The style emphasizes a large Chardonnay component and low dosage — distinctive in a rosé context. Wines are crafted by cellar master Caroline Latrive.
